This shipping policy applies to all environmental test chambers, climatic chambers and related industrial equipment sold by Envsin.

1. Order Processing

After confirming the order and payment, we will arrange production and inspection within 3–7 working days. All equipment will be strictly tested before shipment to ensure stable performance.

2. Packaging & Shipment

All products adopt standard export wooden box packaging with moisture-proof, shockproof and anti-collision protection. We support international shipping by sea, air or professional freight forwarding.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time: – Sea shipping: 25–45 working days – Air shipping: 7–15 working days The actual delivery time depends on customs clearance and local logistics conditions.

4. Customs & Import Duties

All import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees and local handling fees at the destination country shall be borne by the buyer. We will provide complete export documents to support your customs clearance.

5. Damaged or Lost Cargo

If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us immediately with photos and shipping documents. We will cooperate fully to claim compensation from the logistics company and provide follow-up solutions.
