Product used: Walk in high and low temperature testing box

 

Internal volume: 18 cubic meters (can accommodate multiple large samples for simultaneous testing)

Application practice: After the equipment was put into use, TECS company successfully carried out multiple key testing projects, including

 

High temperature valve sealing test: Simulate the long-term working state of oilfield wellhead equipment at a high temperature of 85 ℃ to verify the aging resistance of sealing materials;

Thermal cycle test of electrical control cabinet: According to IEC 60068-2-14 standard, conduct a temperature cycle test of 20 ℃ to+70 ℃ to test the reliability of electronic components under temperature fluctuations;

 

Assessment of weather resistance of pipeline materials: Provide local builders with strength attenuation data of composite material pipelines in simulated desert sun exposure and high temperature environments.
