Product Introduction: Through computer analysis, this device can accurately measure the corresponding change curves of load and stroke of the test object, as well as the change curves of voltage and resistance. It can measure the peaks, troughs, inflection points, continuity points, and disconnection points of button force changes—key locations for evaluating product performance—and can also measure the height of buttons, springs, and other components. It can perform multi-point pressing and breaking force tests on mobile phone and computer screens.

It can accurately control the test load, stroke, test speed, number of tests, and pause time. During testing, the X and Y axis coordinates of the test object can be pre-input, and the computer will automatically move and test, generating all curves automatically. This eliminates the tedious manual movement required by single-axis load curve machines, greatly benefiting the operator. Furthermore, the machine uses a Windows 7 window control system, making operation simple and convenient, and all data can be saved.
