Rapid temperature and stress screening: For 5G base station RF modules, perform rapid temperature cycling tests from -40 ℃ to+85 ℃ according to the IPC-9701 standard, with a temperature change rate of 15 ℃/min, effectively removing welding defects and early failure components. After testing, the module failure rate decreased by 35%, and the on-site repair rate of the product significantly decreased.

 

Constant temperature and humidity long-term aging: Conduct a double 85 test (85 ℃/85% RH) on the cloud server motherboard, run continuously for 1000 hours, and verify the heat and humidity resistance of the PCB board and electronic components. The temperature and humidity control accuracy of the equipment reaches ± 0.5 ℃/± 3% RH, meeting the testing standards of JEDEC Solid State Technology Association.

 

High temperature aging screening: Before mass production, power modules and industrial controllers are subjected to 48 hours of high temperature aging (85 ℃), and early failure products are removed through pre firing. The high-temperature aging chamber is equipped with multi-point temperature monitoring and over temperature alarm system, which can simultaneously accommodate 500 motherboards for batch aging testing, increasing daily processing capacity by 60%.

 

Sand and dust protection verification: Conduct IP5X dust prevention testing on industrial field control cabinets and outdoor 5G micro station chassis, and cycle in the sand and dust test box for 8 hours according to GB/T 4208 standard to verify the protective performance of the sealing structure and filtering device. After testing, there was no dust accumulation inside the equipment, and all electrical interfaces were functioning properly, which helped the product pass CE and UL international certifications.
