Application & test results: Installed at Cirql’s Vietnam facility to validate next-gen insole materials under extreme conditions, delivering global marketing data.

  • Double 85 extreme damp heat: 1,000h at 85°C/85%RH validated hydrolysis resistance. New polyurethane formulation showed 25% lower compression set and 18% higher rebound retention compared to previous generation — data used in technical documentation for major brand certifications.
  • -30°C cold brittleness: 48h at -30°C followed by bend/compression tests; retained 85% of original softness with zero micro-cracking, ensuring North American and Nordic market readiness.
  • Temperature/humidity cycling: 20 cycles of -20°C (dry) → 25°C → 60°C/90%RH → -10°C, simulating seasonal and daily usage. Samples showed no physical degradation, validating all-weather durability.

All test data was exported via USB, integrated into global R&D platform, and used for international athletic brand supplier approvals. Marketing claims “1,000h extreme humidity resistance” and “keeps flexible at -30°C” are directly supported by testing.
